Our team will require access to your home during regular working hours, and we’ll coordinate the best way to ensure safe and convenient entry and exit.
Typically, we arrange for a key to be placed in a secure lockbox. We’ll also keep you informed every step of the way, providing updates on the progress and letting you know what to expect the following day. We have systems in place to make sure everything runs smoothly, even when you’re not there.
We operate on a split model, with most of our workforce being employees, while the rest are trusted subcontractors. This structure allows us to maintain efficiency and quality across every project.
