Tania is usually the first voice you hear at Re-seal – booking leads, sending out around 50 quotes a week, and keeping the wheels turning. She’s the glue that keeps everything running smoothly, from operations to payroll, and somehow manages to make it look effortless.

When she’s not holding the fort at work, Tania’s usually lost in a true crime podcast, devouring a book from her massive library, or planning her next holiday. In another life, she’d probably be a travel agent.
