Dec 24 (main shower) - I'm adding an update to the review I left 12 months ago (and increasing my rating). I have to give a shout out for Re-seal... standing by their work. I had a re-seal done on a different shower in my house in 2016, the seal started to dry and crack. After a short inspection, Re-seal redid the whole resealing at no cost to me 👍Dec 23 (ensuite shower) - Editing my review to comment just on the quality of work. The grout touch-up work is really average, and the photo clearly demonstrates that. Besides that, Re-Seal does have exceptional communication and is very proactive. But in this instance, I believe the photo strongly demonstrates the lack of quality on this particular job.read more

I had Re-seal come and completely lift up the tiles in my ensuite, it needed new tile and wet-seal, I also had the main bathroom resealed. Re-seal... was punctual, they sent reminder for the days work was scheduled.I was very happy with the main bathroom, but they had to come back and relay the tiles in my ensuite, some of the tiles had chips in it where it had been cut. It was corrected without any problem.Re-seal's customer service was great in the end both bathrooms look awesome. The cost was $100's below some other companies. I engaged Re-Seal to renovate my ensuite and overall was happy with the process and the outcome. Brad answered all of my questions clearly and timely... during the quoting stage, which gave me the confidence to proceed. All the trade people that attended my place were professional and courteous. Matt, Tom and Pat in particular did a great job with the wall and tiling. There was an issue with the tiling at one stage, but the guys proactively identified it and brought it to my attention, and then fixed it with no fuss and minimal delay, which was a credit to them. The whole renovation ran very smoothly and was not as stressful as I had feared.Their protective floor covering was not as comprehensive as I would have liked, but this was relatively minor. We had our ensuite and main bathroom showers re grouted. Could not be more happier in the results. Looks and feels like a brand new shower. Both... rooms were left clean when finished. And he turned up on time which is a miracle for tradies these days. Highly recommendedread more

I just wanted to give some feedback on my recent dealings with RESEAL Bathrooms. Prompt, Efficient, Friendly, Professional. From the intitial phonecall to request a quote (Obligation free) to completion of the job – ONE WEEK!

I rang Wednesday, Brad came out Friday and quoted, Jerry arrived the following Wednesday to do the job. Shower resealed and completely regrouted. Looks brand new. The workspace left spotless. Fabulous job. I have already recommended to two friends.

Hi Brad.
Thanks to Paul , he did a great job, friendly and helpful, dismantled both shower screens and re-assembled them as well as fixing leaks in shower. The screens actually operate better now than before.

Your technician, arrived not long after 7:30 to enable the job to be done so we could get out to the airport on time for our flight. Just a quick note to thank you and your team for the brilliant work that’s been done in our bathroom. Your technician arrived on time with a smile on his face and was lovely to have work here. The quality of the work that he has done is absolutely superb. The facelift of the shower has made the entire bathroom look like it’s been updated and we couldn’t be happier. We will certainly recommend Re-seal to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive way of getting a few more years out of an old bathroom.
