No, you don’t need to be home during the service, as long as we have access to your property on the scheduled day.

Our technicians are highly experienced and trustworthy, and many of our clients choose to leave them to work independently. Once the job is completed, our team will ensure everything is secure and locked up before they leave.

If you have any special instructions regarding access, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

How soon can I use the shower after tiling work?

We require you to wait 24 hours after we’ve completed the full scope of work before using the shower.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment, but we require a minimum of two business days’ notice.

If notice is not provided within this timeframe, a $220 call-out fee may apply. We try to be as accommodating as possible; however, last-minute cancellations or delays make it difficult to reallocate the appointment time, often leaving our technicians without work for that period.

To avoid cancellation fees and ensure a smooth scheduling process, please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

I had a re-seal done on a different shower in my house in 2016, the seal started to dry and crack. After a short inspection, Re-seal redid the whole resealing at no cost to me 👍Dec 23 (ensuite shower) - Editing my review to comment just on the quality of work. The grout touch-up work is really average, and the photo clearly demonstrates that. Besides that, Re-Seal does have exceptional communication and is very proactive. I engaged Re-Seal to renovate my ensuite and overall was happy with the process and the outcome. Brad answered all of my questions clearly and timely... during the quoting stage, which gave me the confidence to proceed. All the trade people that attended my place were professional and courteous. Matt, Tom and Pat in particular did a great job with the wall and tiling. There was an issue with the tiling at one stage, but the guys proactively identified it and brought it to my attention, and then fixed it with no fuss and minimal delay, which was a credit to them. The whole renovation ran very smoothly and was not as stressful as I had feared.Their protective floor covering was not as comprehensive as I would have liked, but this was relatively minor. I would definitely recommend Re-Seal.read more

Great experience!!! There was no call out fee at all which is super rare whilst still spending time diagnosing the problem right away.
